The nearest Motoyawata Station is a 4-6 minute walk, and you can reach Shinjuku Station by a single line from Motoyawata Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line.It has good access to Tokyo Disney Resort and is recommended for those who want to go to Chiba area.There are small restaurants and ramen shops in the neighborhood, so you can live without any inconvenience.
This room has a modern taste and is perfect for 2-3 people.

We also have a double bed and a futon.

今回初めて利用して不安な所もあったのですが、オーナーの方のレスポンスが早く、安心して滞在する事ができました。
お部屋・ベッドリネンも清潔で、こじんまりしていながらも、キッチンには必要最低限のキッチン用具等が置いてあったので、とても助かりました。
それから、駅が徒歩5分圏内にあるのも、とっても魅力的でした。
1人から2人では、とても心地よく滞在出来るかと思います。

今回年末に少し泊まらせていただいたのですが、とっても清潔なお部屋で、大満足でした。
急遽仕事の都合で宿泊したのですが、ホスト様もとても丁寧にメッセージしてくださり、安心して宿泊する事が出来ました。
また、機会があれば、是非リピートしたい様なお部屋でした！
