廣告相片(如附圖)展示明亮起居飯廳放有一套四人餐桌椅，但實際上只有一張小摺檯和兩張椅子(如圖示)，我們訂了三人入住，吃飯也只能二人坐着一人站着，頗為失望。另外，雖是日式淋浴和浸浴間但不提供淋浴小櫈和小盤，有些意外。 這些事項曾和業主方面商量但都不獲提供。 除了像不少住宿不提供油鹽等基本煮食用品外，卻連洗衣粉/液也不提供，這一點好像是低於業界普遍水平了。

Noise of water dropping from the 3rd floor happened almost every late night and early morning, which is more annoying than the train passing by. Besides, contacting the host is very difficult. First, nobody replied to my emails. Then, I tried to add a LINE friend via the host's phone number provided in the welcome letter, but I found I couldn't due to my account not having a phone number verified. I recommend the host provide a LINE ID or QR code, not a phone number, because phone number verifying is not supported for LINE users in many countries. And WhatsApp is a better option than LINE for foreign visitors. Next, I tried to add a WeChat friend in the afternoon, but the host accepted my request the next day. At last, I finally contacted the host using Booking App successfully, which is not a recommended way on the host's manual...
