202 Room, a 6-minute walk from Tokyo Koiwa Station Direct connected to Shinjuku and Akihabara Stations Comfortable one-bedroom apartment with separate wet and dry areas

Wonderful apartments! The owner was always in touch, quickly answered all our questions. The apartment is incredibly cozy! The apartment has absolutely all the amenities, everything for hygiene, kettle, hairdryer, iron, towels, everything for the kitchen, even spices, rice. There is enough space for two people for a comfortable stay. There is a large closet, a cozy table for meals, and a functional kitchen. We enjoyed everything incredibly. The area is beautiful. The street where the apartment is located is quiet, but after walking for a couple of minutes you get to busy streets with bars, shops, karaoke. The metro station is incredibly close, and you can get anywhere from it. Nearby there is everything you will need, a large selection of places to eat, a combine, and even a Don Quijote store. We recommend these apartments, and we will be happy to return to them on our next trip!

Comfortable flat in a lovely location. All the facilities you'd need. Great communication with the host. The flat is in a quiet residential area, but it's only a short walk from many good restaurants and from the train station, which has direct trains to Akihabara. Koiwa is actually a lovely neighbourhood with everything you need. I'd definitely stay here again!
