Bedrooms have king size beds with private covered balconies and their own flat panel tv. The kitchen opens into dining area and leads to 1 of the 4 covered balconies to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. This unit does have two sets of stairs. One to get to the main living area and one to go to the bedrooms. Little Harbor Beach Resort and Marina is located on South Tampa Bay in Ruskin, FL between Tampa-St Pete and Sarasota.

Property had everything we needed. Close to beachs, had a pool, quiet area with restaurants within walking distance. Safe and friendly area. Char was great with responding to questions and even checked in on us. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Enjoyed watching the Dolphins from the balcony and the sunsets at the beach. The Unit is well stocked with everything we needed--very comfortable and clean.

The townhouse is clean and well stocked. The host, Char, is easy to reach and very helpful. We love sitting on the patio and watching the boats go by on Little Harbor. The meals and entertainment are great at the Sunset Grill, especially the Key Lime pie. Other good places to eat are at The Fish House and Lazy Gator on the road to Ruskin. My morning walks around the resort are great. My wife and I are bridge players and there is a great local bridge club at Sun City Center which is about 10 miles away. Also in contrast to other parts of Florida there are no traffic jams around Ruskin.

Very easy access, was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. A lot of amenities around the area, shopping, golf, fishing. Had a great time and will be back around Christmas! Thank you for the great communication through the hole process!
