Some vacation homes have a water view; this one practically shows off! Beautifully updated from top to bottom, this upscale three-bedroom, three-bath townhome overlooks the saltwater canals of Little Harbor Marina. Boats glide past on their way to Tampa Bay, sunsets (and local wildlife) put on a nightly performance, and four private balconies give everyone a front-row seat!
Inside, the home feels fresh, polished, and distinctly coastal without leaning into beach-house clichés. The open living space is bright and welcoming, with sliding glass doors that keep those irresistible water views in sight. A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room and 3 bedrooms allow the home to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
The layout works especially well for couples, families, and friends traveling together. One bedroom and full bathroom are located on the second floor. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each have a private en suite bathroom. Four private recessed patios offer another spot for morning coffee, dinner outdoors, or a quiet drink after a day in the sun.
And then there is Little Harbor. This waterfront community packs a surprising amount of fun into one gorgeous corner of Tampa Bay. Walk to the secluded white-sand beach, cool off in a heated pool, grab a waterfront meal or tropical drink, fish from the pier, or challenge your crew to pickleball or tennis. Kayaking, paddleboarding, Jet Ski rentals, fishing charters, eco-tours, and sunset cruises are also available nearby.
