Although the weather did not cooperate with us, our accommodations were excellent. Loved this townhome as well as the resort. We were a little disappointed that the bar and restaurant closed so early - 10 pm. But overall our experience was great. Jeanie J.
Although a short stay it was great. I will definitely stay in 601 Little Harbor again. Comfortable setting and close to family in the area and everything we needed. Did not have time to try Sunset Bar and Grill but I’ve been told by numerous locals that it is a must next time I’m in town. Steve H.

The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The listing mentioned a hot tub, washer/dryer, garage access, grill, but there is not a hot tub, garage access or grill, and the washer dryer had no water coming into it, so we couldn’t use it. Maintenance issues… light not working over the parking space and hallway; kitchen chair had a very loose leg we tightened; defunct washer/dryer. Bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters… none of those provided. Has a very long flight of steep steps just to get to the entry door. This was difficult for my parents in their 80’s. Listing should mention the steep climb to get to the front door.
