Dana, the host, was very responsive to all inquiries. The unit was very clean, had high ceilings for that airy feeling. Large floor to ceiling windows/doors to all outside balconies (there are 3 private ones) brought the outside in. The back views were a relaxing blend of water and greenery. The kitchen was well equipped. While it is a little out of the way for this chilly time of year, after a day of car rides and exploring Bradenton, St. Pete and Mayakka River State Park, it was nice to come 'home' to a quiet resting place.

Nice two story set up with a full size fridge oven microwave. The venue is clean. Off of the balcony in the back we saw manatees in the morning. It was beautiful. Will stay again.

The amenities on the property were fantastic, hot tub, pool, beach, gym and an awesome restaurant.
The condo itself was lovely, but there were some small things that could be fixed. Towel bar, toilet flusher, lamp and toaster we're not in full working order. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable and the condo was clean and had everything that you could need for your stay.
Better communication would be appreciated with the host.

We haven't been to Tampa before. This was a nice location if you plan to visit areas North and South of Ruskin.
