The Community is located on 125 Acres of land, has a Private 1/2 mile beach, 4-Star Resort, 2 Waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar & evening live entertainment, large heated pools, 2-outdoor Jacuzzis, 4-Tennis courts, Volleyballs Court, 2-full service Marina's with 260 boat slips, and 250- foot long fishing pier.
Top of the line designer furniture including granite counter-tops with breakfast bar in kitchen and low energy appliances & electronics. While we provide a start-kit for guests to settle in, this unit is a self-serve home and we advise bringing additional consumables. :)
Home is fully equipped for 10, sleep maximum 10 people.

We had an excellent stay here. David was very accommodating. We hope to return soon. Beautiful place and furnished with everything we needed.

The house was beautiful and the host was great. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I would say was the pool times on the pool rules was conflicting it said 10pm but a rude security guard kicked is all out at 8:30pm. But other than that it was amazing

Easy to rent - prop mgr very responsive. Stairs were a lot for older adults to deal with carrying luggage groceries etc. view not as advertised. Every sliding door screen ripped. Pipes in downstairs bath and kitchen have leaks. Garage door opener didn’t work.
