The Bahia Beach Retreat is a 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Townhouse located in the Little Harbor Resort in Ruskin, Florida. This location has so much to offer with direct water views that allow you to relax, watch the pelicans dive and the fish jump; during your stay you may even see a manatee or three.
The Main Living Area offers you comfortable upgraded furniture, including a relaxing, fluffy Down-Filled Sofa, a 70" Flat Screen TV, Electric Fireplace, and a Bay View Balcony with Patio Seating to enjoy your mornings and those gorgeous sunset evenings!

Our home is professionally cleaned after every check out so you can feel comfortable in a clean and sanitized environment. Bahia Beach Retreat is a SELF-SERVE destination, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the home for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge and hand soaps .
Little Harbor is a Family Friendly Community full of private amenities and activities for our guests! This home is only a 2 minute ride down to the Private Beach and all amenities, including Pools, Restaurants, Bars, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Kayak/Paddle Board Launch, etc.
Are you hungry? You have options! Hooks Bar & Grille offers a full lunch and dinner menu with indoor and outdoor seating. Don't want to miss the Sunset? Walk down to the Tiki Bar and Sunset Grille! Very nice condo, great for families. It's in a nice neighborhood with access to a pool and is close to two restaurants and a small beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice townhome if you're in the Ruskin area, check in was super easy, and the house is very well appointed, great bunk beds for kids make it family oriented. The community it's in has some nice little restaurants so you don't have to venture too far if you don't want to. All in all a very nice place to stay for a few days with Tampa and Sarasota in easy reach.

Location: If you aren't a boater there really isn't much to do locally. Even the restaurants out side of the property are really just basic. There are a few gems out there to drive to. You really need to drive to see nice beaches, which we did do, 50 min. from Anna Marie Is., 50 min. away from Treasure Isl. I guess we were spoiled being able to be in the heart of a beach location, which this really was not as the beach was rather small, dark water and seaweed. There were no rentals such as jet skies as the sign indicates on the description of the site. Perhaps it was the time of year that we went. If you are truly looking for rest and relaxation this may just be for you. The sunsets when not cloudy are really worth seeing down by the beach area. I do not think this area sprays for bugs as other areas such as Clearwater and Indian Rocks does so beware of the bites.
For the the townhouse itself it was nice & quaint, 3 bedrooms & baths were definitely a plus. One thing I would suggest is putting better pictures up of the rooms as it is hard to gage the size of the rooms by the close up pictures that are on the site. I did feel the main living space was pretty small. Another suggestion is to state that there are 2 flights of stairs in this townhouse, in case you have people joining you who have trouble doing stairs. Lindsey, the owner was very nice and accommodating. She even over-nighted beach towels to us when I could not find them.
