This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome offers 4 fully furnished balconies on BOTH the front and back of the home with views of Sunrise over the marina each morning. Watch dolphins swim by from the balcony! Take in an amazing sunset from the private beach while sipping a cocktail and listening to nightly live music at the beachfront tiki bar! This townhome is part of Little Harbor, a Caribbean inspired resort community, with walkable access to 2 heated pools, hot tub, half mile white sand beach, tennis and pickleball courts, private game room, basketball court, playground, shuffleboard, fitness facility, kayak launch near unit and more! The property has two restaurants within walking distance. Sunset Grill offers indoor and outdoor dining beachside with amazing sunset views. They also feature a tropical beachside tiki bar where you can enjoy a drink by the water and listen to nightly live music. Owner was nice and quick to communicate. Clean property and great amenities, though I wish we had been able to explore all of them. The pools were nice, but the beach was closed and seems to typically be closed during the summer. Nature preserve is nearby for longer walks. Also, remember to bring shampoo and soap. We got there and took it for granted there would be some, so we had to make a run to the market

We had an amazing time at this property. It is beautiful there. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Owner has thought of just about everything at the property including beach gear, beach tent, coolers, toys, bug spray, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, and there was condiments in the refrigerator and some snacks in the cabinet. The balconies were beautiful and there was enough space for everyone to have a space of their own. There are two chairs that rock on one of the balconies if you enjoy that like me. It is in a remote area so we had to drive about 9 miles to get to things like a grocery store but the drive there and to other things such as Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete was a nice and easy drive. We also enjoyed both pools, one has a deep end of 8ft which we really enjoyed. We didn't see any dolphins or manatees from out canal view but saw some manatees by Hooks restaurant on the property. I even got a close up video of one right under me along the sea wall. We didn't see any dolphins, I was told by residents they ride the tide in the early morning which we weren't up for. Mosquitos are pretty bad in this area at times but if you cover up and use spray it's doable. And its Florida so it's to be expected. If you rent this unit you won't be disappointed. It even had a later check out time than most I have been in which was very nice. It also didn't have all the strict cleaning requirements like other properties I have stayed at has, the only one was to take out the trash.
