This beach house has it all! Located right on Pukehina beach your family beach holiday can be a reality.

Rainy days won't matter, because from inside and out, this property's lovely views will capture everybody's eyes, 'take it all in' simply relax and enjoy this homes breathtaking unlimited ocean views.
Pukehina Beach is one of the classic kiwi beaches - you unpack, walk the beach, have BBQ'S and enjoy making memories with your loved ones.
The property boasts an elevated beachfront view of which you immediately notice as soon as you walk in! Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge opening up onto the bi-fold doors with a deck and sea view.

There’s no internet here – just you, the sea, and the serenity. Leave the screens behind and truly unwind.

Located 30 minutes from Mount Maunganui, 45km from Tauranga or a 2-hour drive from Hamilton not far to travel for a weekend getaway. We are also not far from the Old Forest School, and the local Estuary Events wedding venues.
Peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, cafes, and takeaway spots — everything you need for a classic Kiwi holiday.

Bring your own food and toiletries - basic washing and kitchen items supplied.
The local dairy has some supplies with great fish n chips if you feel like taking a night off from cooking. The popular "Monty's" Cafe in Pukehina is a must do during your stay at 502 Pukehina Parade.

The outside of property the wall on deck was green and steps going into the property were abit slippery when had rain on them .

This place is amazing. Incredible location. It was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. Only thing I would say, and people have said before, needed some more lounge seating. We needed up using the outdoor chairs (which were a little uncomfortable) and there needs to be some shade on the deck (we took our own umbrella).
Fantastic break away tho. Felt like a real holiday. What a treat!
