Welcome to our beachfront haven in Papamoa. This large and luxurious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking ocean views. Ideal for families, groups, or anyone seeking a tranquil escape, our property promises an unforgettable stay on the beautiful shores of Papamoa Beach.
The Shore Break is a spacious retreat.
On the ground level you will find a comfortable queen room, quiet and private.
There is also a large rumpus room or a second living area with comfortable seating and a single bed plus trundle bed underneath. There is a bathroom and full laundry area.
Upstairs you will find the master suite features a queen-size bed, and a private and compact ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a family bathroom with full bath and shower finishes off this space.
Also on the upstairs floor, the living area offers panoramic views of the ocean along the Papamoa coastline. Expansive and comfortable, there is plenty of space for you to relax. A high end kitchen with gas cooking, an espresso coffee machine, a scullery, and a breakfast bar. The home is thoughtfully furnished with contemporary decor, offering a seamless blend of elegance and functionality. The expansive windows flood the interiors with natural light, the high pitched ceilings and gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The large balcony provides an idyllic setting for al fresco dining, enjoying a glass of something cold at sunset, or starting your day with the stunning sunrises this area has to offer - or simply spending your days unwinding with the sound of the waves. The beach is just steps away, offering direct access to the pristine sands and sparkling waters of Papamoa.
The Shore Break is located on Papamoa Beach Road, you need to cross the road to get to the beach. The double glazed joinery keeps the house quiet and warm. Extras include two large smart TVs, unlimited high speed wifi, double garaging and secure off street parking.
The property is stocked with eco-friendly, New Zealand-made body care products, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Booking guests must be aged 25 years or over.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.

We stayed for the weekend with our four young children and my parents visiting from the UK and had a fantastic time.The house was beyond our expectations, super spacious with everything you could need, everything had been thought of.Great games for the kids, all the mod-cons in kitchen appliances, technology etc. I brought our Apple TV but didn't need to use it as all the tvs had all the apps included. Great coffee machine too.All the rooms had ample space and the house was set out brilliantly.Beautiful sunsets from the deck with the beach and perfect location with the beach just across the road. We thought the insinkerator wasn't working and called "Beyond" who were super helpful and got back to us super quickly letting us know that we just needed to press the reset button!There isn't anything negative that I could say about the house at all! Absolutely brilliant!

We had a great holiday with three generations together. The house is very clean, well equipped kitchen and very spacious living area. It was perfect for our group. Great location so close to the beach and a beach access way just across the road. Highly recommend!
