This spacious 2-story home offers an entertainer’s paradise, complete with a heated swimming pool, private spa, outdoor fire, and more—all nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in sunny Papamoa, just a 10-minute stroll to the stunning white sandy beach.
This beautiful, north-facing home is bathed in natural light and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows effortlessly to a wrap-around deck that overlooks the pool area, making it ideal for both relaxed family days and evening entertaining.
With four generously sized bedrooms (including a Master with an ensuite), this home comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Need more space? A separate lounge area downstairs can easily be converted for 2 additional guests with an airbed or couch.
