A perfect place for a larger family or group. 4 good size bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs
Very up to date and clean and absolutely everything you could need supplied. Toys and board games for the kids were a pleasant bonus. Great location next to the canals and walking tracks and an 8 min walk to the beach. 5 min drive to Papamoa Plaza shopping centre.
Huge barbecue and firepit is available too.

Location was great, clean tidy and big enough for the 8 guests that stayed. Kitchen items were plentiful, we had everything we needed.
I left my shampoo, conditioner and body wash behind accidentally, happy washing for the next group.

We loved the outdoor area, also plenty of space for us to spread out as we were a group of 10. Had everything we needed to be comfortable.
We only got given 1 tea towel for a 3 day stay for 10 people, simply not enough, also the front area could do with a tidy up and weeding etc.

for a large house (5 bedroom), the basic provisions were seriously lacking. Ran out of detergent, toilet paper and body wash. Supplied with ONE TEATOWEL. and no bin liners. Rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The one dishcloth was filthy and we had no replacement available. The house was fine, but it was very disappointing to have to ask for basic supplies such as a tea towel!
