About this house rental
This fully fenced Beach House property is centrally located close to the main beach and parks.
From the moment you arrive you will love our place. It is a fantastic set-up for two families and /or groups, or for one family to spread out and enjoy the different areas and levels. All the comforts of home including flat screen TV's, unlimited internet, Apple TV, outdoor fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
The sunny first level lounge opens onto a private deck which is great for relaxing. The internal access garage is a great area for the kids with beds and a TV. There are kayaks and boogie boards available for guests to use during their stay. For the cooler times of the year there is a wet back fireplace that makes the place cosy in no time.
Special conditions:
Pets may be allowed with prior approval. This property is well set up to entertain and enjoy yourselves but we respect and like our neighbours, so no noisy parties thanks. Please note this property is fully fenced.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$120.00 per stay); Administration Fee (Required, NZ$50.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Great place for family and friends to holiday together. Great hangout for teenagers with separate living area for them. Great location; handy to beach.

House is close to the beach - a very easy walk. Short drive to town and the wharf. Accommodated our group well with kids in the garage bunk room. Kitchen is compact but well equipped.

Had a great 10 day stay here with an extended family group - accommodated us all. Walking to the beach was easy - close by - and the bach and was very well equipped.

A great sized bach for a family get away with plenty of room for three teenagers who appreciate their own space, and the family dog could come too. Situated in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the darts board and made good use of the bikes and boogie boards provided. Would definitely recommend!
