The best family beach holiday location. Papamoa has everything right here from the endless golden sandy beach to welcoming restaurants and bars. Bring your bikes for the cycle ways or catch a movie at the local cinema. Day trips to the Mount or Rotorua are a breeze from this central beach location.

This modern Beach House has all the comforts of home in a quiet neighbourhood. Enjoy the direct walking track to the beach with lifeguards on duty over the summer break to keep the family safe.

The property backs on to a new primary school with huge fields, kids playgrounds, basketball and football astroturf courts.

Stayed 3 nights. House is amazing. New modern clean etc. Location is a bit away from the beach but as long as you have a car it's fine.Hosts communication was really good. No complaints from me.
