Welcome to our newly renovated suburban haven in Mount Maunganui, just a short stroll from Omanu Beach. This four-bedroom retreat offers ample space, seamless indoor/outdoor transitions, and the tranquil melody of ocean waves as your constant companion. Perfect for families, friends, or a romantic getaway, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, with the option for 8 guests (including two children).
The space
Spread across two floors, this tastefully furnished home exudes a serene and stylish ambiance. Embrace breathtaking ocean views from the wrap-around balcony, where you can watch ships pass by and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the sea—a true local experience.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience. The open-plan layout facilitates effortless entertaining with ample seating around the dining table. Relax in the contemporary living room, featuring a large TV and year-round comfort with air conditioning.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (Ground Floor): King-size bed, workspace, and ensuite with a shower, basin, and toilet. External access to the backyard via a sliding door.
Bedroom Two (Ground Floor): Two king single beds (one being a stretcher bed, not suitable for adults), ceiling fan, and sliding door to the front yard.
Bedroom Three (Second Floor): King-size bed, heat pump, and access to the main bathroom.
Bedroom Four (Second Floor): Two king single beds (one being a stretcher bed, not suitable for adults).
Bathrooms:
The large family bathroom on the second floor features a shower with a luxurious rain head, basin, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
Outdoor Living:
Nestled in a fully fenced section, the outdoor entertaining area on the paved courtyard boasts a BBQ and an inviting dining table—a perfect setting for al fresco moments.
Parking:
Two vehicles can be accommodated in the driveway or utilize free street parking, though garage access is unavailable.

- No pets allowed

Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card. This amount will be secured 7 days before your arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same state it was found. In the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning, the necessary deductions will be made from this bond.

The checkin process and the location was great. Room size were good and spacious. Kitchen & Dining area was functional and very nice. TV Lounge was perfect for us to watch Movies and Cricket Worldcup.
Few things which can be improved to make the stay more comforting as we had to go out and buy all these things which I believe are not that expensive but makes the stay hassle free.
1) There was no kitchen towels or tissue boxs.
2) Shampoo was not there in any of the bathrooms.
3) No privacy latch in any of the bedrooms, with teenage kids & small kids in the same house it was a hassle.
4) The bathroom latch in master bedroom upstairs was not working.
5) Heater not working properly in the downstairs master bedroom.
6) The house can do with a ventilation system as there was heaps of moisture accumalated on the windows every morning. I am asthmatic and do care about this.
7) The downstairs bedrooms are particulary cold in winters as they dont get any sun during the day.
