The Space:
This 2 storey Mt Maunganui holiday home includes spacious, well-appointed open plan living upstairs. Unwind in comfort with quality furnishings and fittings throughout or fire up the BBQ and relax on one of the 2 patios. On the ground level there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds which can be converted in to a super-king bed on request. The ground floor also has a bathroom and a separate living room with a very comfortable queen size sleeper couch and kitchenette opening up on to the ground floor patio. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, one is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom as well as a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. There is a 3rd bathroom on the upper level as well. The layout of the house is perfect for 2 families.
The open plan kitchen takes center stage in the living and dining area, providing ample space to make the most of the generous, fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm whilst the rest of the family can play board games, enjoy a book in the cosy reading corner where a desk is also available to check emails or an important zoom call. With Wi-Fi and a smart tv everyone can be entertained on rainy days with the bonus of controlling the temperature year round with the heat-pump / air-conditioning.

Please note, we provide fresh linen every 7 days for our guests. If you are booking for more than a 6 night stay, there is an additional linen cost of $75 for that week. You will be contacted about this extra amount after your booking confirmation, and it will be collected through the external booking channel Resolution Centre.
**Maximum of 6 adults that can stay at this property. The additional 2 guests may be children due to the sleeper couch being more suited to 2 children than 2 adults.
**THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE: Parties and unauthorized gatherings or events are strictly prohibited.
** This property is equipped with a Minut security system. It is non-invasive, but does measure noise in decibels to pick up smoke alarms and noise associated with parties and gatherings. It also detects when the wifi is off.
** There are parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. One additional vehicle can park at an angle in-front of the garage in order to keep the shared driveway clear.

After fabulous communication, we arrived to a welcoming gift of a bottle of wine, chocs and biscuits plus a lovely handwriiten note. The place was very homely, clean and well resourced. We could walk to the beach and also to a great coffee shop. We would definitely stay there again and recommend others to definitely consider this place.

Great and central to what we needed to have a great family stay

This property served us very well. We were 3 couples and found the accommodations both spacious and comfortable over the 2 weeks of our stay. While the property doesn't have a beach view, the beach was only a few minutes walk away. The beach itself is absolutely wonderful and provided us with our daily walks of 2-3 hours. There are both good restaurants and shopping for basics in the area.

A great property. The attention to detail was awesome with everything you could need provided at the house. They have thought of everything.Location was good - walking access to the quieter end of the beach and a short drive to the busier main beach.
