The location was great, but the home itself was so welcoming, and one of the best ones we have stayed in. It was so big, for 4 adults and 4 kids under 12, the size was perfect. Steve had a closet of toys and books that the kids entertained themselves with, the older two boys really loved staying in the room behind the driveway, they felt very special in there with their 'own TV'. There were linen supplies and the place felt like a home away from home.
Genuinely cannot think of anything that we did not like!

Steve, your house is truly amazing! We’ve officially stopped looking for other places to stay in the Tauranga region because your home is just perfect. It’s so big, spacious, clean, and tidy, and we felt right at home. You are an incredible, totally accommodating host. Thank you again, Steve—we can’t wait to come back!

Very large home with home like furnishings. Large garage and plenty of parking on the driveway and street.Very quaint, quiet area that is a stones throw from the nearest pub.
