This humble 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for families looking to unwind, relax, and create lasting memories. The Pad features four queen beds and two single beds, with an additional separate small room, perfect for a baby.
The fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect setting for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Gather around the family dinner table to share stories of the day's adventures. Your children can play safely in the fully fenced section, and entertainment awaits with a Ping-Pong table, boogie boards, and board games.
For summer evenings, the BBQ and outdoor dining area on the large deck offer an ideal space for family entertainment. The house is pet-friendly, and the fully fenced property ensures a secure environment.

- We have a strict no party policy
- The guest who books must be 25+ years of age.
- We welcome one dog (by request) – a small pet fee applies
- While we welcome your furry friends at this property, please remember it's your responsibility to ensure the property is secure for your dog's needs.
- Any disturbance, excess cleaning, damages and/or excess rubbish removal will be deducted from the bond.

Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.
Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
These terms are designed to ensure the smooth processing of your reservation and to account for any potential damages or additional cleaning required during your stay. First time user. Very clean and tidy. Good and quiet location. Easy to access house. Palm tree needs to be pruning to allow a large SUV thru to bottom of driveway. Could fault the condition.

Convenient location close to the beach and shops. Pet friendly. Spacious accommodation to switch off from technology, clean and tidy. The ping pong table kept the kids busy. Would recommend.
