About this house rental
This home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach and shops. Perfect for young families to share with two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. There is an outdoor hot shower for rinsing off after a fun filled day at the beach and a spa to soak in. From the yard there is a gate that leads out to a reserve with a kids playground and plenty of room to kick a ball or throw a frisbie around.
There is a King bed (with Ensuite) and two single beds upstairs and 2 queen beds and a double pull out sofa bed downstairs.
3 min drive to Goodhome Pub, the award winning Pearl Kitchen Cafe and Fresh Choice supermarket.
5 min drive to Bayfair mall, Baywave swimming pools and Fashion Island.
15 min drive to down town Mount Maunganui.
Two golf courses close by
10 min drive to Papamoa hills, a stunning nature walk with views over the beautiful bay of plenty.
Off street parking with room for a boat.

Extra recycling needs to be taken to the transfer station, which is a 8 min drive away.

We have had a lovely holiday here. The house was perfect for our extended family.
The house was eautifully clean and had everything we needed. So close to the beach it was brilliant.

The house was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, tidy and well organised. It was great being fully fenced, with a trampoline and being in a secure road. It was only a short walk to the beach and the Papmoa walkways. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks for a great summer holiday.
