About this house rental
Relax on the deck sipping your drinks while you watch all the action on Omanu Beach in this absolutely gorgeous home in a prime location.
Immediately across the Road from the Omanu Surf Club, this home will put you right amidst the fun with 180 degree views up and down Omanu Beach, Mount Maunganui. Enjoy stunning views of the beach and ocean from the kitchen, dining and lounge with peeps of the sea from most other rooms in the house. Close enough to watch the kids play on the beach from the deck, or to pop back to the house for another drink or your sunscreen.
With a corner store, a liquor store, a delicious fish and chip shop and a great little cafe all only 150m away, you have everything you need at your fingertips.
This fabulous home is 3 levels, with the top level (the Penthouse) commanding superior views of the Beach and the Mount. With it's own lounge, large screen TV, King size bed, spacious ensuite (with the best shower ever!) and walk in wardrobe, the Penthouse is sure to please.
The main level has stunning views of the beach and includes the kitchen, dining, lounge (with a large screen TV) , a Queen Bedroom (with Queen Size Bed), another bedroom with 2 single beds plus a bathroom and separate toilet.
The ground floor has a completely self-contained flat with a seperate Bedroom with Queen Bed, open plan kitchen, lounge, & dining area, TV, bathroom and separate toilet.
The garage has been carpeted and converted into a kids bedroom with a Double Bed and a set of single bunks.
The laundry is tucked in at the back of the garage and with it's tiled floor and access to the clothesline outside and hot outdoor shower, makes an easy access when coming up from the beach.
This beautiful home makes holidaying easy, stylish and memorable.

Linen is not included at this property. If you have exceptional circumstances that don't enable you to bring your own linen, ie you are travelling from overseas, please contact us and we can provide your linen for $250 for your stay.
Cleaning is an optional extra - $200 per stay.

The best location! The host was amazing. We all enjoyed our holidays and slept like babies. The size of the home and all the amenities were perfect for a bigger family, we could all spread out. Great coffee shops, food and drinks right outside the door. We will definitely be back!

This house is by far the most amazing place I have stayed in, in the Mount not only is it in a beautiful location on the beach front everything in the property is better then listed, clean,tidy loads of room for our group of 10 people not short of space highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone, check in process was amazing, easy and fast will be booking again some time soon for another holiday thank you !!!
