About this house rental
Summary:
Modern with beautiful decor, this spacious beach house is perfect for families and group getaways. Stroll to the beach across the road or enjoy the stunning views of the ocean from the large deck where you can relax on the outdoor furniture. Downstairs offers another lounge for the kids to have their own space where there is also a sofa bed for an extra 2 guests. Super comfortable beds and all of the comforts this home provides means your holiday will be just that.
The Space:
Upstairs offers open plan living with doors opening onto a lovely large deck to soak in the views. The spacious en-suited master bedroom is upstairs off the lounge. The kitchen has a butlers pantry for that extra space. The two downstairs bedrooms are located off the downstairs lounge area which can be used as an extra bedroom for 2 extra guests - this flows onto a outdoor patio. Fully fenced means this home is child friendly. And for those rainy days there are three smart TVs, with Ultra HD TVs in both lounges - even the master bedroom has its own 49 inch TV. All TVs are connected to the internet and all have SKY TV, Netflix and Freeview. In the large double garage you can also enjoy table tennis and darts.

The 4th bedroom doubles as a second lounge downstairs and is not a separate room.
Please note that we have a strict no party policy and prefer family groups. If you are looking at booking this accommodation with a party in mind please look elsewhere. Clean, in a great area, beautiful home has a ping pong table, dart board and game boards as well which was fun.

House nice and tidy and new. Rooms all set up well, and everything you need in the kitchen.Deck is childproof too which made our stay alot easier.Dining seats 8 which was nice for us adults to be able to sit around and have a meal together. Really recommend this property.
