Summary:
Perfectly located within a 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to town where you find many great cafes, shopping and restaurants!
This holiday home is newly renovated spacious and sunny and offers four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . This two level house has a spacious open plan kitchen/living room which flows onto the deck. The large outdoor deck offers a nice tropical area on a sunny afternoon ideal for BBQ's.
The Space:
The groundfloor offers the living area as well as one bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs has the other 3 bedrooms and separate toilet / bathroom.
Tucked away down the driveway means it is peaceful yet also close to all the Mount has to offer. The house shares a right of way with the front house. Maximum 2 cars in car park.
Please note that there is a house construction happening in the neighboring property, The estimated completion is May 26. There may be some noise disturbance during weekdays but not on the weekends. The price has been reduced because of this.
Other Things to Note:
The stairs are not safe for small children as gaps in the railings.

Crew (all women)were there to ready then sail waka:from Mt to Whangarei.They needed good accommodation which they enjoyed. 1 drawback lack of parking with construction going on.
