Three-storey maisonette 110 sq.m. built in the autumn of 2018. The house was equipped and decorated for a comfortable and enjoyable family holiday, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Within 5-minute walk there is a long sandy beach and a beautiful promenade with many seafood restaurants and cafe for every taste.
On the ground floor: a living room with direct access to the veranda and a large sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Second floor. The main bedroom (blue) with a double bed 160cm, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe. Second bedroom (fuchsia) with a double bed 140cm, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a large built-in wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own balcony, the ceiling height in the bedrooms is about 4 meters. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Third floor: open plan bedroom with two single beds, a closet for two people.
Facilities: Wi-Fi throughout the house, satellite channels (Russian), furniture and mattresses Bellona, Bosch and LG appliances, air conditioning in every room, washing and dishwasher, barbecue, cozy veranda with garden furniture, lawn, parking.
