Great place to stay in Nikiti

Extremely friendly, kind and helpful hosts! The apartment was exactly as on the photos. It was very clean, the beds were comfy and the terrace is a great addition to the apartment. It is on a walking distance to the beach. We would love to stay here again when in Nikiti.

Very limited pool hours 10am-2pm and 5pm-8pm, understand it’s for rest periods and respect for all guests, however during the hottest part of the day would be the ideal time to use it. Very limited kitchen utensils, no wine glasses, knife and fork set for three people, we had four people staying. Space in maisonette for four people was tight.

Do not come to this place, EVER!

Two swimming pools with a pleasant view in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy anything to drink or eat in the entire hotel. The husband and daughter of the unfriendly and rude lady who owns the hotel, were always very pleasant and kind.

A very disappointing experience. The place in the pictures looks new, inviting and cozy. And that's really the case until you see that there is no water in the bathroom, neither cold nor warm, at least in the period from 6 to 9 p.m., when normal people come from the beach and want to freshen up and bathe. The problem is also the very claustrophobic and very tight bathroom. The next problem was the unbearable stench that is carried in and around the hotel, probably from the sewage system or the surrounding garbage. But the biggest shock and horror for us was the lady who owned the hotel. Extremely uncultured, unkind, terribly rude. Unfortunately for us, we had pre-paid for three nights, otherwise we would have left this disgusting place immediately. The lady owner starts shouting and harassing the staff as early as 7.30am, so we didn't need an alarm clock. She is terribly unkind and rude to guests as well. The final straw was that the lady owner turned off the elevator on the day our group of 10 people left, I guess so they wouldn't break the elevator. We were forced to carry our suitcases up the stairs on foot. The elevator was immediately turned on after our departure. Because of all the above, I do not recommend coming to this place that has a wonderful name. Also, we will ask Booking.com to refund us part of the funds paid.

Newly constructed, spacious and clean at market price or maybe a bit lower

Brand new apartments in Nikiti. Very spacious and clean. Close to the beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was also very good, which is always important for the Greek summer. The elevator is also helpful if you have lots of bags. Lots of parking spacing next to the apartments.

Since these are new apartments (I think I was the second person to rent the room), there might be small hiccups here and there, but nothing important and the owners are always around to help you in case you need something. The street in front of the entrance is not paved.

Two massive EMPTY swimming pools on the garden of with no protective nets- very stressful if you have children. A noisy dog ( owners dog ) that was barking constantly and wake up our 4 years old early in the morning and once in the corridor while when he was asleep on the way to our room. Owner was informed but to no real solution. Ants in the room when we entered, which they continued to exist when thought you have informed the owners. Eventually by day 2 we had them on the beds. The first night we had to shower with cold water as the hot water was switched off…. The tap had only water when turned to the cold side. When informed the owners but they could solved it the next day… There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. As well there was no shower curtain with result to have all the water all over the WC. There was a pillow case missing from one of the pillows and the mattress don’t have mattress protectors. Not enough towels for all three of us. There were cleaning mops, professional silicon left around. The owners were sitting by the entrance which was open on two sides and smoking, so when entering the apartments you had to go through cigarette smoke.

NIJE LOŠE,MOŽE BITI DALEKO BOLJE

Na pitanje da li možemo dobiti 4-tu viljušku ili činije za pahuljice-doručak, domaćini su rekli NEMAMO. Hotel mora imati čašu za vino,osoblje ovog hotela se čudi tome. Čaše i šoljice u hotelu nikako ne mogu biti plastične,ovde jesu plastične. Hotel treba da ima šoljicu za kafu i šoljicu za čaj. OVaj hotel je na nas 4 osobe imao samo 2 šolje za mleko,to je to.Pribor je loš i oskudan. Ovaj hotel nije imao osnovne stvari.Kuvalo za kafu ili čaj,ne postoji. Ljubazna i lepa devojka na recepciji se samo izvinila i rekla mi to "NEMAMO". Ko je planirao da odsedne u ovom hotelu i da se opusti dok se deca kupaju u bazenu to slobodno može i da zaboravi jer su pravila hotela veoma stroga. Primera radi deca koja se bude ujutro u 8 ne mogu da se kupaju u bazenu pre 10h. Pauza sledi od 14do 17h...itd...besmisleno i nepotrebno,tek u 17h mogu da se kupaju do 20h a onda dolazi teta s recepcije i ljubazno ih zamoli da napuste bazen. Moja deca nazalost nisu imala priliku da se kupaju(možda samo jednom 1-2 sata vremena) Terasa nema tendu,svo vreme je pod suncem. Čistoća je na visokom nivou. Parking je besplatan.
