Great boutique hotel located as close to the cable car as you can get.

Exceptional

Very welcoming, professional and helpful staff, excellent hotel location, wonderful mountain view, nice breakfast with local products, very clean rooms and facilities,… and much more. Highly recommended hotel, especially the restaurant which offers a wide selection of local dishes. Many thanks to Rheinart for his warm welcome and very special treatment during our stay! The whole family appreciated it. Would love to come back!

perfect location, great staff, beautiful hotel, good breakfast, very good wellness center and overwhelming SERVICE!

We had a basic room which was perfectly fine with exception of the view: a concrete wall 1 meter from the window. felt a bit like a prison. I would highly recommend to book any room but not this one. for the rest we had a wonderful stay to explore the slopes in this famous ski resort.

A Hotel for a memorably good stay.

Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

Pleasant

Location is amazing. Close to all Gondolas. The Saunas at the SPA are great. Service was good. We got old room from old wing and complained about it asap and lackily there was a new room available for all week and we moved to much bigger and newer room free of charge. Thank you Gabriella. This made our vacation much better.

SPA's relax room is very bad looking and wrongly decorated and structured. More stress room than relax room. Hotel looks old in general, design and atmosphere point of view. Be carefull from the old wing which has very old rooms in all aspects. Patly atrention to this when ordering. Resturant looks old and outdated. Need a refresh soon.

De douche waar je niet onder kon staan. Dak te laag. Wc te klein. Ondanks dat we dit konden weten te dure kamerprijs!

Der Unterschied zwischen einer kleinen und großen Gulaschsuppe war eine Scheibe Brot mehr! das war irreführend. Eine größere Suppe wäre besser gewesen!! Die hatte uns super geschmeckt!!

Die Nähe zu den Seilbahnstationen ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausgezeichnet. Auch mit dem reichhaltigen Angebot in der Gaststätte hat uns gefallen!

Leider lagen unsere Zimmer sehr weit auseinander.

Herzliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage, schöne Unterkunft - gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir wurden zu Beginn herzlich empfangen und haben noch ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können nur positives berichten und möchten einen rießen Dank für die tollen Tage aussprechen! Die Lage der Unterkunft, das hervorragende Frühstück, die inkludierte Gästekarte für die Seilbahnen - ebenso das Abendessen im Hoteleigenen Restaurant - alles hat gepasst. Zum Abschied gab es noch ein kleines Geschenk seitens der Unterkunft. Auch damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet & kannten dies vorher nicht. Nochmal lieben Dank!

Tolles Benzin Gespräch mit dem Chef in der Garage. Toller Service im ganzen Haus. Super freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück bei dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben, Restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen, tolle Qualität und ausgezeichneter Geschmack. Hier wird mit viel Liebe gekocht. Toller Wellness Bereich , kann ich nur empfehlen. Schöner kann man eine Urlaub nicht verbringen. Danke der Familie Kirschner und Team
