Amazing apartment in amazing location, good value for money. A/C and fabulous views, close to Monaco by foot (if you do not mind the stairs). Parking space is included, which is a life-saver, but the space in garage is very tight, with SUV it can be a challenge.

Both check-in and check-out process could be much improved. We had to wait for the keys for over half an hour, even though we informed our arrival time in advance the previous day and as per request also called half an hour before arrival. The actual check-out is at 10 AM, even though in Booking it is marked until 11. Upon checking in, we specifically asked to be able to check out at 11, since we had a very late flight in the evening. Still, on the day of check-out at 10 AM, there was a staff member entering the apartment, expecting us to leave ASAP. We did as fast as we could, but it kind of ruined a great holiday week.

Tutto in ordine, struttura pulita, zona tranquilla, possibilità di avere un posto auto coperto per la zona e’ straordinario

Nulla, potrei solo dare dei consigli pratici per l’host: - creare un box con codice da inviare via messaggio per le chiavi sia per il check-in ma ancora di più per il check-out; - Inoltre visto i vari elettrodomestici veramente dí livello mettere delle istruzioni in varie lingue per evitare problemi di uso scorretto degli stessi specialmente per soggiorni lunghi e per chi rimane pochi giorni magari lasciare a disposizione qualche pastiglia per lavastoviglie e lavatrice

La vue , l équipement de l appartement agréable et confortable . Très Bon accueil .

Un manque d entretien des équipements (chauffage , TV) ; un peu loin de la place du Casino
