Enjoyable

There was a stain on our bottom bed sheet, there weren’t really enough towels for 6 people and the shower waste wasn’t working properly so the tray kept filling up. A small point, but it would also be useful to have a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes etc

Up a very steep hill. Bus stop outside so make sure you take bus in working hours. Stops about 720pm.. Use the 18 bus from Port Sort Devote.uphill. stops 7pm ish. The stop is LAurore. Cab from.Monaco to this apartment cost us 25 euro each way. Use buses in daytime works well.

Beautiful location

Location, overlooks the sea. Easy to get on/off the A8 highway. Bus stop right outside. Washing machine, nespresso machine, dishwasher, 2 separate bedrooms, pull out sofa bed. Linen, towels, toiletries provided. Parking underground was secure and lift access straight to the room was handy. Great communication with Matthew, he was always available and very helpful.

Could be a bit cleaner. Tufts of hair in the wardrobes, cutlery/crockery needed washing before use, microwave was dirty and floors were not clean (our socks went from white to brown). All easily resolved with a good clean.

The host was very nice and helped us with the check in. Everything went really smooth and the place is beautiful, the view in the morning and evening is amazing. It was very nice to stay there, and will use the place in the future again.

Directions were very poor by the end of our visit we had worked out the simplest way to get to the accommodation is via the numbers 12/18/24 and even a number 13 that took you beyond the venue with just a small walk back however the most disappointing part is that is not the accommodation as stated. The actual address of 80 Boulevard Grounemer is correct however it states Monte Carlo Bay with no mention of Monaco Terrace so I wasted one hour trying to verify and as you are so high up I had no access to an internet connection to verify the rest of my party actually took 4 hours to find as the location on Google maps takes you away from the address when within 19 mins in all it took me 1 hour plus to walk from the Casino area the last part up the most intense set of some 300 high steps to reach so walking is not an option only the buses mentioned to l’aurore bus stop right outside the premises. Also only having one bathroom is rather off putting

This is a lovely apartment - clean and tidy - and the view of Monaco is stunning! If you get to know the steps its easy to get down and up from Monaco, and there is a reliable bus service. And the host Matthieu is friendly and helpful, although we didn't need him during the stay.

Wonderful spacious clean apartment with awesome views, lovely deck !

Location beautiful high up on the hill, so views and area were quite serene and beautiful, and Matthieu was available for all questions I had. I felt safe even late at night walking about. In addition, there was also parking which would be great for those with a car. Quiet, spacious, clean and again, the views!

I attended conference at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco and getting taxi back to Beausoleil was difficult each evening as the town would not accommodate driving from Monaco across the border, so I had to spend a lot of time walking (and I am a runner, and loved the steps); as no stores open late in Monaco but the flat was truly comfortable, would just recommend anyone who wants to explore the area to have a vehicle.

J’ai apprécié le fait d’avoir une place de parking privée dans le sous-sol de l’immeuble Avoir le wifi gratuit Et la situation géographique, on est à Monaco en quelques minutes en voiture. J’ai apprécié d’avoir un fer à repasser et une planche, les habits se froissent dans la valise

Ce n’était pas propre, beaucoup de poussières: sur la tête de lit, les plinthes, les prises, en dessous des lits,… Les meubles de qualité médiocre, les lits pas du tout confortable, la voisine du dessus qui marche avec ses talons à 7h du matin, on entend fort les bruits de la rue. Le frigo a congelé mes aliments Les rideaux du salon et des chambres qui ne sont même plus accrochés Les couettes étaient sales Et j’ai même retrouvé un chewing-gum en prenant la couette en dessous du lit car les lits étaient faits avec un simple drap de lit.

В целом апартаменты понравились. Номер большой, 2 раздельные спальни, 3 телевизора. В кухне вся техника кроме духовки. Большой балкон с замечательным видом. Чистое белое постельное белье и белые полотенца в достаточном количестве. Подробные инструкции при заселении и инструкции ко всему в номере. Хозяин всегда на связи и отвечает на вопросы. До Монако 10 минут на машине.

Были некоторые нюансы по уборке, которые хозяин предложил исправить. Нас отдыхало 6 человек и нам не хватило кухонной посуды. Шкаф в прихожей требует небольшого ремонта. Очень тонкие стены и хорошая слышимость.
