A lovely modern apartment with stunning views.

The apartment is lovely and modern with stunning views from the terrace. Great location just on outskirts of Monte Carlo…brilliant base from which to explore.

The check in was a little confusing but a couple of phone calls soon got it sorted. Also the kitchen lacked some essentials as we could not find any cutlery.

À quelques détails près, l’appartement était vraiment parfait et son hôte très sympathique.

La vue est vraiment magnifique, le parking privé est très pratique, le complexe est moderne. Les explications pour le check-in sont super bien détaillées, aucune difficulté à ce niveau. On se sent en sécurité. Télévision dans le salon et dans la chambre avec Netflix et câble HDMI fourni ! L’hôte est très sympathique, efficace et disponible.

Plusieurs meubles sont limite cassés (le meuble de la chambre est en fin de vie, la vitre de l’armoire est fissurée, joints dans la salle de bain, etc…), quelques taches présentes sur les murs, la vaisselle n’était pas très propre (nous avons dû re-nettoyer nous-même pour avoir une vaisselle à peu près correcte, je pense que le lave-vaisselle fonctionne mal) et le drap de lit fourni n’était pas adapté pour le lit double (trop petit) et ne faisait que se retirer du matelas. Cela n’a pas beaucoup impacté notre séjour mais c’était quand même dérangeant.

Die Ausstattung war ok. Das Matratze ist schrecklich und darf nicht genutzt werden. Man senkt in die Mitte. Es gab’s kein klares Instruktion bez Autoreinfahrt. Von daher haben wir das Stress am Anfang und am Ende gehabt.

Tolles großes Appartement mit schönem Balkon und mega Aussicht aufs Meer. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage mit kurzen Wegen zum Aufzug und dem Appartement. Sehr netter Vermieter der den Zugang zum Appartement sehr gut mit Bildern beschrieben hat. Wir waren begeistert und werden gerne wieder kommen.

L’appartement était très propre, tout a été de très bonne qualité, porte bien son nom tout luxueux, je recommande à tout le monde de le réserver

C’est très proche de la merveilleuse plage de Larvotto à cinq minutes à pied de Monaco, une vue mer apportée demain l’immeuble, l’emplacement de parking, l’appartement tout est magnifique

Ha jobban figyelnének a takarításra, szuper lenne.

A kilátás gyönyörű. Az apartman rendelkezik a szükséges alapvető eszközökkel. Kényelmes, tágas. A terasz is szuper, a légkondicionálás jól működött. A Monte Carlo közelsége nagyon jó volt, bár gyalog nehézkes a sok lejtő / emelkedő miatt. Kocsival 5 perc a legközelebbi mélygarázs.

Másfél órával később érkeztünk, mint a legkorábbi check-in időpont, de az apartman még nem állt készen az átvételre. A kulcs nem volt a megbeszélt helyen, a telefonálnunk kellett (még jó hogy elkértem a telefonszámot, mert maguktól nem adták meg), de a hölgy sem tudta mi a helyzet. 10 Perc kényelmetlen várakozás (kapuban közben ki-be jöttek az autók, más parkolási lehetőség nem volt) előkerült egy takarító fiú, akihez mi mentünk oda. Angolul nem tudott, nagy nehezen kiderült, hogy most fejezte be a takarítást. Ezt látszódott is, mert ahogy beléptünk az apartmanba, csurom víz volt a padló, és mivel nem nyitott ablakot, ázott büdös felmosóvíz-szag volt. A takarítás is csak részben sikerült, mert az edényeken rászáradt ételmaradékok voltak, a hűtőben morzsa maradék, és egyből észrevehető hajszál is volt. A használni kívánt edényeket el kellett mosnunk. Ezenkívül minden más rendben volt.

Jó hely, remek kilátással

A kilátás gyönyörű volt, nagyon jó volt a teraszon reggelizni! Kényelmes volt az ágy is, illetve a kanapé is.

Egy kicsit több tányér, pohár elfért volna még, plusz papírtörlő… de ez sem negatív, inkább javaslat a szállásadónak…

L'appartement a des très belles vues!! Il est confortable, spacieux, fácil d'y arriver par voiture. Avoir une place de garage, fácil access au appartement est très convenaient. l est moderne, et propre. La terrace est tres bien. Suffisamment confortable pour un groupe de 4 personnes. Exhaustives explications sur l'appartement.

J'aurais donné plus de punctuation si n'était pasque la cuisine n'est pas très bien équipé. Il manque des petit détails. Il n'y que 4 assiettes pour 4 personnes. On a utilisé un pour servir la charcuterie, alors nous manquions une assiette pour manger. Pareil avec des verres à eau et du vin. Il n'y a que deux. Pas de sac poubelle, pas assez de papier WC. Il n'y avait que deux presque finies. Pas assez de serviettes de mains. On disposait qu'une pour 4 personnes. On a dormi sur le canapé, il est confortable. Le problème est que dans la cuisine il y a un ventilateur qui est en marche continuaient, que fait bu bruit et nous empêchait dormir. Sinon était bien. L'hote est très communicative, en nous envoyant messages avec des information. Mais, je l'ai trouvé froid, pasque il venait d'un numéro où on ne pouvait pas répondre. Le même message a été envoyé 4 fois, un peu trop. Mais on peut dire que la communication était là. Vraiment, je suis pointilleuse. L'appartement a été un bon endroit où rester deux nuits pendant notre séjour. On a visité Menton et Monaco. Tout s'est bien passé.et nous avons été bien.

La vue et le calme des lieux

Manque une balayette et miroir salle de bain sale. Un petit SMS pour nous expliquer la marche à suivre nous aurait éviter des sueurs froides car je n'avais pas consulter mes mails. Une faute partagée mais pas de quoi gâcher nos vacances.

C’était une étape sur la route des vacances, mais je reviendrai y passer quelques jours sans hésiter !

Une magnifique vue sur la Méditerranée Le parking privé avec accès direct à l’appartement et ascenseur Matthieu est d’une gentillesse exemplaire ! Très avenant, rassurant et sans cesse préoccupé pour ses locataires.

La pluie 🌧️… dommage car le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse aurait été parfait !👍🏼 À part ça RAS

Séjour spacieux avec view, chambre séparé fonctionnelle. Fabio m’a attendu avant mon arrivé pour me donner les clés. Il était souriant et gentil.

Le sèche-cheveux, la télécommande de télé n’ont pas bien marché, mais c’est sans importance.
