Excellent stay close to Monaco

The view from the apartment is amazing, looking out over Monaco and the sea. A short walk down the (steep) hill will get you to a bus stop, from which we easily explored all of Monaco (the buses run very frequently and you can tap in with your credit card). There is also a small grocery store right outside the apartment. Home-cooked meals really helped to balance the costs of eating out in Monaco! The apartment itself is small but comfortable: we slept well, it was quiet at night and the shower was strong and warm. The AC worked well. Communication with the owner was good: she checked in via WhatsApp to make sure we were doing well. The apartment came with some bottled water, which was appreciated. We visited during winter and therefore cannot rate the pool facilities.

The apartment is on the smaller side: the bathroom, dining table and kitchen can get a bit cramped. The amazing view comes with a small issue (as mentoined before): the apartment is up a steep hill. This is clear from the pictures and communication with the owner. When carrying luggage, it's best to take a taxi (at least uphill), the building itself has an elevator to take your luggage up to the apartment. A tip for the owner: adding a entry mat, rug and/or slippers would help with the cold floors.

Lovely place very very close to Monaco

Nice place just a few minutes walking distance from Monaco. The apartment is nice and spacious, it's in great condition and all the facilities are good. The host is also great – whenever we had any questions, we got responses almost instantly. Overall this was a nice stay.

Parking is tricky - the description says there's a small free residents parking and larger paid public parking. When we arrived both had no parking spaces available. That turned out to be not that big of a deal, because paid parking turnover is enough to almost certainly guarantee a parking space if you're patient. But it would be nice to know about that in advance, just to avoid unnecessary stress after long travel. Also, our check-in was a bit weird – we tried to use the code provided in check-in instructions to unlock the Nuki smart lock, and it didn't work, so we had to wait for the host to unlock it remotely from the app. And the last thing is that we were supposed to use intercom which should've automatically unlocked the external door. When I did that, someone actually responded (???), and I'm still not sure what did I do wrong. A lot of words, but overall these were just minor issues which did not make our stay any worse.

Fantastica esperienza..5 stelle!

La padrona di casa mi ha contattato subito in modo molto cordiale ed amichevole. È stata esaustiva e chiara nelle spiegazioni fornite. L'appartamento è perfetto, moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ho adorato in particolar modo il funzionamento della doccia 😊😊. Per la colazione ho trovato tutto a disposizione dalle capsule di caffè, al the in modo da poter scegliere. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso l'host Alexandra, eccellente padrona di casa!

L'unico tasto dolente è il locale/bar adiacente al parcheggio auto che si scontra molto con l'alto livello dell'edificio in cui si trova l'appartamento da noi affittato.

È una struttura molto pulita, ho abitato in questo residence 15 anni fa per due anni, e devo ammettere che è davvero top. L’appartamento di Alexandra è impeccabile, TV, radio, riscaldamento, in cucina c’è tutto l essenziale e ciliegina sulla torta dal terrazzino si può ammirare un’alba meravigliosa.

Schönes Studio, gut eingerichtet mit toller Aussicht

Sehr schönes Studio. Auch die Loggia und die Einrichtung waren sehr schön. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Aussicht ist toll. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und antworten schnell per Whatsapp

Störend war die Laute Ventilation im Raum, die vom Haus ist und nicht abgestellt werden kann. Die Eigentümer wollen sich darum kümmern. Es wäre toll gewesen wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser vorzufinden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht so gut.
