Worst stay we had through Booking.com
The location was OK!
Not well maintained. Poor lighting in kitchen & bathroom, balcony door broken, cupboards loose, nothing available for drinking or eating upon arrival. Not even a water bottle, no coffee capsules (wrong type as opposed to the coffee machine available), no kitchen paper, just 2 small toilet paper rolls, not clean enough in the corridor and balcony. On top of that, a crazy woman from the apartment below threatened us that we should not make any noise between 10 pm and 7 am, not even flash the toilet, or open the water tap, or even walk around, as she had psychological issues...! , Even the Driveway gate door was half broken (and gave us problems upon departure to be able to exit the premises). If somebody wants to rent-out this place, they should make a much better effort to fix everything and improve the apartment & service offered, in order to get clients to stay there! But under the circumstances, the host Amelia, was very nice & helpful.

PERFECT VIEW AND LOCATION
The location was extremely convenient, making it easy to get around, and the view was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Unfortunately, the bathroom did not meet our expectations. There was hair left in the bathtub from previous guests, which I had to clean myself. Additionally, the floor would get quite wet after a shower, and there was no proper drainage, so I had to dry it each time. I also noticed food residues in the dishwasher, which I cleaned before using.I would recommend moving the chairs on the balcony carefully, as sound may carry to the downstairs neighbour. You might be politely reminded about it.

Die Adresse war in der Dunkelheit nicht zu finden. 2 Stunden mit Google Maps gesucht. Die Links zur Adresse von Amelia waren anfangs ebenfalls nicht genau.

Tolles Apartment mit traumhafter Aussicht.
Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon ist wunderschön.
Die Außenanlage ist leider sehr ungepflegt. Der Eingangsbereich mit den Rattenfallen und den Löchern in der Wand ist schon etwas beängstigend.

La vue est vraiment exceptionnelle, et il est très agréable de prendre son café sur le balcon, face à la mer
Eventuellement rapprocher l'heure de check in à 14h au lieu de 15h et décaler l'heure de check out à 11h au lieu de 10h. La taille du 2 pièces ne justifie pas un ménage de 5 heures !

Licht und Schatten mit Blick auf Monaco
Eine tolle Aussicht, das Bett war okay, für französische Verhältnisse sogar groß, das Apartment sehr sauber und im Großen und Ganzen bis auf das Bad sehr gut ausgestattet. Amelia, war immer per SMS erreichbar, sehr nett und hat immer sofort zurückgeschrieben. Ein tolles Erlebnis, die Sicht auf Monaco. Wenn die Straße und die verrückten Sportlerfahrer nicht wären ein Traum. Sehr sauber, im Gegensatz zur Außenanlage. Balkone werden für zwei groß genug und die Küchenausstattung bis auf den Kühlschrank perfekt.
Die Lage an der viel befahrenen Straße direkt vorm Balkon - wo die Söhne der Reichen mit Papas Sportwagen ihre Männlichkeit zeigen müssen war amüsant, aber nervig, da laut - auch in der Nacht. So schön das Apartment war, das Bad ist eine Zumutung. Nur eine alte Badewanne die nicht ordentlich mit der Duschwand abdichtet, kein ordentliches Licht im Bad und die Lüftung war quasi nicht vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war extrem vereist und hatte kein Gefrierfach! Obwohl die Küche sonst top war. Die Anlage selbst draußen extrem ungepflegt und schmutzig. Das Apartment selbst aber blitzblank sauber.!
