L'appartement si tu es dans une résidence sécurisée. Il dispose d'une place de parking en box en sous-sol ainsi que d'une piscine. Un autre avantage et l'arrêt de bus à proximité. Le linge de maison est fourni. L'appartement bénéficie d'une climatisation . La literie est très confortable
. La propriétaire est une personne charmante. Tout est fait dans cet appartement pour que l'on s'y sente bien avec une vue sur mer superbe et un très bon équipement à l'intérieur
La route qui dessert Menton à Nice passe juste devant l'appartement ce qui fait qu'il est bruyant si vous voulez passer du temps sur le balcon ou laisser les fenêtres ouvertes., cependant la nuit avec les vitres fermées vous pouvez dormir tranquillement. Cette route très passante est à la fois un avantage et un inconvénient.

L'appartamento è pulito, spazioso , luminoso dotato di ogni confort. Balcone spazioso con vista sul mare.
Corynne gentilissima e disponibile e anche il signore che é venuto a fine soggiorno per restituire la caparra davvero molto gentile.
La posizione per chi vuole girare un pò la costa azzurra è ottima.
Ottima anche la disponibilità del garage.
A 10 minuti a piedi c'è un supermercato ben fornito ed una rosticceria.
Il mare non è proprio vicinissimo a piedi ma é fattibile. Si sta in allenamento...
L'appartamento è un pò rumoroso vista la vicinanza della strada ma di notte con le finestre con i doppi vetri chiuse si dorme comunque benissimo!
