About this apartment rental
Sunny Breeze condo is light and airy with blue water Ocean View! Top floor condominium beautifully decorated in a blue and white coastal scheme. Enjoy fabulous sunset views off your front patio, wake up to the morning light with easterly views off master bedroom. Two very spacious bedrooms sleep 4 and 1 on the couch if you have a 5th guest. 2 baths and laundry room. 1 assigned parking space. Beach chairs & towels. Walk to everything! 1 block to beach, less than a mile to town or track.
Good neighbor quite hours are 10 pm - 8 am (socializing indoors)
Non smoking condo and building.
Guests have access to the entire condo
Text and phone call. I also live in the building and can be available if needed.
We are across the street from the beach. Guest love the quick walk to the shore.The village is less than a mile and an easy walk as well. The Brigatine is 1/2 mile away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping to the north in Solana Beach (also less than a mile). Back walking trail will take you to the Fairgrounds. Also easy access to US Highway 5 to visit all of San Diego
