Only 1 mile from Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track. Furnished Rental with central a/c! Your family will love having access to the pool and jacuzzi area. Del Mar is one of the most beautiful seacoasts in San Diego County and a sought after year-round destination. A short stroll to the vibrant Del Mar Village navigates guests to an array of restaurants, upscale shopping boutiques, entertainment and more. While the condo is within close proximity to the Village, it’s just the right distance away to still experience the quiet serenity of coastal relaxation! You are less than 75 yards to the sand. No steps to the beach. We are pet friendly! There is a $300 non refundable pet fee - so you can bring your fur baby!

Truly a little gem right next to the beach. Everything needed for a fun day at the beach is right there for you—chairs, toys, towels, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and the little one’s favorite, a playground overlooking the beach. Buy groceries and cook in, dine out, both are great options at this property. The pool was a bonus to shower, then cool of after a long day in the sun. Don’t hesitate grabbing this booking. One of our top family vacations. Much more home feeling than a resort or all inclusive somewhere else.

Our stay was fantastic! House was perfect for our family, and very well stocked with all types of beach accessories!! Location was also perfect. Right across the street from the beach and very close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Property manager was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We definitely cannot wait to come back!

The property was exactly as it was listed, and even more so!! The check in process was seamless, big bonus there is parking on sote for two cars, and we were abke to fit our family SUV in the parking with no problem!! The property was safe, clean, and had everything and more that we would need!)) Shops and dining were easily walkable, and the beach was right across the street, and absolutely beautiful from sunrise to sunset! Our family is so thankful and grateful to have been lucky enough to stay for a full week!! This property is awesome!!!

The condo was a little larger than expected, and well supplied with beach gear.. chairs, surfboards, wetsuits, rolling cooler, etc. If it had not been rainy we would have taken advantage of the great outdoor space. The location was great! Super short walk to the beach. Right accross the street were two great restaurants. Short walk to Del Mar Village. Short drive to groceries including a fish market! The parking spaces were large and so nice that it wasn't street parking. We would definitely look to book this condo again. Extra bonus. Nina left us snacks and drinks. So thoughtful!
