We stayed five nights at this property. It’s super well located with all the amenities and beyond that you can imagine for a wonderful family beach vacation. Property was clean. The beds were very comfortable and management was great in communicating with us. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this Del Mar Beach House.

Loved this house. It was a great location with plenty of things to do at the house and around the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable although one family member said the upstairs bed was hard. We would love to go back. The property manager was a little tough to get a hold of and took a bit of time to get back to us but overall everything worked out and the company itself was easy to communicate with during our stay.

Finding somewhere to stay that you can park a larger car that is close to the beach is actually kind of difficult?! Coronado was out for us bc of the water situation. We’ve done mission beach, but the parking was miserable. Pacific Beach was kind of the same, and was busy. We decided to give Del Mar a go when we found this place. This was such a charming, little house for a beach vacation! Unfortunately we had kiddos (2 & 3) that got sick and decided to leave early. We’re definitely more of a hotel family, but we would have a hard time not staying here if we find ourselves in southern CA again. The beach was a super short walk, there is a garage full of toys (sand, paddle boards, etc), and Del Mar is far an away my favorite beach town we’ve visited so far. We had a large suv (maybe an expedition?) and knew it wouldn’t fit in the garage, but there was tons of room in the driveway. It was so nice to not have to worry about moving the car or finding a place to park- the most miserable part of past trips. Thanks for sharing your property!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable long weekend. The house is in a great location. It was so easy for the kids to just run back if they needed anything throughout the day. They were so well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys and plenty of towels. The beds were comfy. The house was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay in this beach house! We cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of beach towels, surf and boogie boards, beach chairs. Steps from the beach and restaurants, no car needed. Outdoor shower, dry sauna and hot tub were great! We had a bit of rain while there for Easter, so stayed at doors more than we were expecting, really nice to have cable tv to watch and large family room to hang out in. We would definitely rent this property again.

We have stayed in Del Mar before and this was the perfect beach house for our family of 5. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach with no shoes if we wanted. The house had everything needed to wash off and even had plenty of beach towels and toys! The kids loved the hot tub too! The house was beautiful and clean and exactly as expected. And communication with Tyler was perfect. He was highly responsive if I had any questions and before and after our stay. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Del Mar at this cottage beach house. Amazing location to beach and restaurants/shops. Sleeps 6 comfortably in very nice beds!! Futon is good for a toddler/smaller child. Very clean and has everything you need. Would book again! Thank you!

If you are looking for a beach rental this is a wonderful pick. Just steps from the beach and stocked with all the beach toys you could hope for: boogie boards, surf boards, stand up paddle boards…you name it, they’ve got it! It also has a hot tub to warm up after the ocean. We had a glorious time here and would nightly recommend it! It is also walking distance to great restaurants and shops! The site host is responsive and kind! The only downside is it is a little small for 8 people. It really only comfortably sleeps 6.
