- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED

- 2 PETS ALLOWED - There is a $60 pet fee per night. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE!
- This home is not baby or child proofed
- Our home features all-white furnishings and finishes throughout, so spills and marks can be tricky to avoid. If you're traveling with young children, please keep this in mind when booking as it may not be suitable for little ones.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a full refund.
- If you cancel within 30 days of arrival or shorten your stay, your rental payment is non-refundable (cleaning fees and deposits are refunded).

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: Violations of house rules may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund.
