Located in lovely Del Mar, this condo in a private and gated enclave is perfectly situated with access to the lagoon on one side and the wonderful surf waves of Del Mar beach on the other. From the front door, a 2 minute walk gets you onto Del Mar’s famous surfing beach and from the back door of the condo access to the Del Mar Race Track is minutes away. Plus a pool and jacuzzi are steps away from the unit.
This spacious 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is great to accommodate family and friends (4-6) comfortably. Grand master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and fireplace includes huge master bathroom with large bath tub and separate shower. Second bedroom includes 2 twin beds or one king bed, depending on need. (Configuration: 2 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs, 1 bathroom and sleep sofa downstairs)
Large living room with bamboo floors, kitchen and private patio with BBQ are good for entertaining. Surfboards, beach chairs and sand toys included.
