Very clean modern apartment which we completely renovated in July 2018. It boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a lovely lounge area and kitchen. We also have a balcony with sea views of the wonderful Ayr Coastline and beach.

Literally meteres from the shoreline. The sea views and the beach walks are just gorgeous. There are loads of things to see and do, Culzean Castle, Robert Burns Heritage Centre, Softplay, Parks and to name a few.
We have provided a helpful guide of the local area, places to visit, eat out,etc. You will find this guide on the coffee table in the apartment.

We loved walking in to a clean, well-decorated flat. Had all the necessary amenities and we were all comfortable in our spaces.

The property was great. Exactly as described and check in was very easy. The apartment has the most beautiful views over both the harbour and the beach. It was very quiet and is only a short walk to the town centre. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!!

There was nothing not to like about the flat. It was very reasonably priced, had a lovely view of the water and Arran, it is central enough and on the second floor. It was very clean. The only thing it lacked was a dishwasher but that’s not a big deal when there are only two of you.

I loved the location and the flat was ok.
Kitchen wasn’t very clean and the cooker hob didn’t work at all, which was very disappointing especially as it was Christmas Day!
I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to call the host for help.
