Very nice, quiet place

I’ve stayed in 3 apartments in this block and this one’s the best

Like the other 2, the bathroom is in need of repair. No bin, had to use the food waste

Give this one a miss

The location and the house has potential

Poor instructions to locate keys, late sending code when we sent checkin. Wall's very marked, floor dirty, toilet wonky smelt of damp, cobwebs in bedrooms and kitchen. Rug very marked. Fridge filthy. Shower screen fell off and hurt my brother. Maintenance took it away and it smashed into pieces. Photos on website does not reflect the filth and maintenance required. Smoke alarm sitting on the fridge! I thought properties had to have hardwired smoke alarms now. Staged responses when you contact them . Shame it could be great but obviously owners don't want to spend money on property. I was harassed for a deposit , which is a joke when you see the state of the property its disgusting and in its current state won't be back and certainly wouldn't recommend

Great apartment, fantastic staff who couldn't have been nicer, checking in with us to make sure everything was OK.

There wasn't any cleaning equipment so not ideal for tidying up after using the kitchen, no baking trays etc

Very spacious apartment

The lingering smell of dogs as were both allergic to pets, but I will know that for next time to fund a Donini Apartment that does not accommodate dogs or other pets after all animals aren't always for everyone

Really enjoyed staying here and would stay again. The apartment was nice and very spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and again had plenty of room in them. Just a lovely apartment and handy for everything.

Hard see the door because the lighting in the building where the apartment is needs fixed. The WiFi code didn't work but to be fair we didn't contact the owners as we were only staying one night. Also the shower hose could do with replacing as it was rusty but the shower worked fine.

Loved having the space an apartment gives, kitchen was fab.

A couple of things, mattress didn’t fit the bed which was comfy but created a slope and bathroom could do with sorting where shower leaks.

Useful place to chill out.

Roomy (for me, although I was on my own), clean, well decorated. Contrary to other reviews the wifi was good, although I did have to turn it on! Washing up liquid, soap, etc. supplied.

Took me a few attempts to work out how to lock the door (you need to lift the handle first, including when locking on the inside). Light in the lobby wasn't working.

Short break away

Really lovely staff, easy check-in and handy location. We didn't hear anyone during our whole 2 night stay, it was a very comfortable, homely apartment with ample space.

We arrived late in the evening and the lights in the corridor didn't work which made getting to the apartment more difficult with luggage and a dog.

NEEDS A LOT OF TLC

The property was comfortable and in a reasonable location. It has plenty of room for four people and we were able to take our two dogs. The on call staff were friendly and polite and did as much to help as they could, although they failed to contact us several times, having promised that they would.

Firstly, we arrived to find the dishwasher full of someone else’s dirty dishes. Not pleasant in these Covid-19 times! The maintenance and upkeep of the property has been neglected for some time. We had a constant battle with the hot water which kept switching itself off. We were advised to keep the central heating turned on to keep the hot water going….. in the hottest week of the year so far! We all sweated and the water still didn’t work. There was no key for the Juliet balcony door and the windows only open fractionally. Again, it was far too hot for comfort. If the cutlery was in the dishwasher, there was none to use in the meantime and the utensils were very basic. One dining chair was too unsafe to use due to a leg being in the process of falling off. The outside of the windows were filthy and we spent our time staring at the obscene pictures which had been drawn into the dirt. Our thanks to the artist! The apartment itself is fine and comfortable but it needs some money spending to bring it up to scratch.

Modern flat near town centre

Modern and well-equipped ground floor apartment. Good parking. Comfy beds and sofas. Spacious. Good communication from owners.

Windows filthy. Lots of marks on carpets and walls. Felt like it needed a bit of a refurbish. Couldn’t get WiFi or TV to work. Neighbours playing music til after 11pm. Quite a bit of noise from outside too.
