Iona Residence is a 2-bedroom property located next to Ayr Harbour. Attached to the lounge area is a balcony where you can sit outside and soak up the sun (hopefully!) whilst enjoying your morning coffee or some evening drinks.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite attached to the primary bedroom and the other is a family sized bathroom which is located just down the hall.
You will only be a short stroll from Ayr Beach and Ayr Town. So, whether you decide to explore the local cafes, restaurants and bars or dine alfresco on the beach with a picnic, you will never run out of fun filled activities. And after a busy day, what better way to relax then to jump into the spacious, comfy beds. If you’re looking for a family or friends' getaway, Iona Residence is the place for you.
Did we mention...there is an allocated parking spot just for you! As well as free parking nearby if you’re brining more than 1 car.
