La posizione e la cordialità dell'host. È un appartamentino molto intimo ma fornito di tutto.
Il soppalco è difficilmente praticabile, porterei giù la TV.

Home location is fantastic.close to many interesting place in Venice and bare bones in a quiet place.small but clean.friendly for stay and full of household products.

The location is great and the private courtyard an asset.
The apartment is tiny. As it is on the ground floor it can be a bit damp when the weather is not that nice.

l'emplacement est très bien. L'hôte a été très agréable lors de nos échanges téléphoniques à l'arrivée.
L'appartement mériterai un peu de rénovation, la propreté du logement laisse à désirer. La surface indiquée doit inclure la cour, il y a juste la moitié de réellement utilisable en hiver.
