Spacious and comfortable stay

Spacious and clean. Secured carpark provided.

Wifi not working throughout our stay even though we tried resetting it a few times. One of the chairs is broken and need replacement. Bathroom shower handle need replacement

a good location and overall a nice property that I would stay at again

clean and well equipped

not enough towels. the grill/ oven was too close to the kettle and coffee maker and to use the toaster had to move the grill/oven to reach the electric sockets. also there was food remains in the grill/oven which had not been cleaned.

Emplacement idéal, appartement très propre et cosy, très bien équipé.

Nous avons signalé un problème d' évacuation dans les toilettes et le propriétaire ne nous a jamais répondu, nous avons dû aller dans des toilettes publiques.

Lyon ist eine wunderbare Stadt. Bei einem zukünftigen Besuch würde ich wieder St. Irinée wählen, wen

Zusätzliich zur Kernstadt von Lyon haben wir eine andere sehr wohnliche Nachbarschaft außerhalb vom Touristentrubel kennengelernt. Dort gab es auch gute Restaurants, so dass man nicht ins Zentrum herunterfahren musste. Von dort war auch der Besuch der Kathedrale Notre Dame sehr nah, weil man auf demselben Hügel der Stadt wohnte.

Es hätte einen Türöffner-Code an der Gartenpforte geben müssen. Auf diese Weise käme man auf das Grundstück und an die Schlüsselbox, ohne von netten Bewohnern im Hause abhängig zu sein. Es hätte eine Information geben müssen, wie sich die Haustür mit dem Code öffnen lässt. Das musste ich alles erst erfragen. Wehe, ich hätte nicht französisch sprechen können.

Het uitzicht over Lyon en de wolken, de afgesloten parkeerplaats voor de auto en de rustige buurt

De locatie, het ligt nogal ver uit de binnenstad. (was bekend). Het gemak van het openbaar vervoer (de Fransozen kunnen van instappen in de bus toch een onnodig, complexe procedure maken).

qualité prix : très bon. Conforme à l’annonce.

l’emplacement est très bien. Bus à proximité, petit supermarché pas loin. l’appartement est joli, belles vues. Serviettes de bains, quelques dosettes de café…sont à disposition. C’est très propre.

le fait de procéder à un virement pour l’acompte et le solde avant l’arrivée n’est pas rassurant. On s’inquiète de savoir de savoir si c’est honnête mais pas de problème, ça l’est 😀 (on a toujours reglé par CB à booking). Pour les clefs à aller chercher : aucun problème : explications détaillées.

La luminosité de l'appartement. Les rangements. La situation géographique qui permet d'aller à pied au métro Saint Just. Le parking. Pouvoir avoir son animal domestique.

La literie n'est pas exceptionnelle. Quelques petits travaux de rafraîchissement seraient les bienvenus

La proximité du centre ville, la superficie de l'appartement également le calme de la résidence.

A l'arrivée le trousseau de clé devrait être récupérable à l'entrée de la résidence dans une boite à clé sécurisé.
