Excellent vacation at Maison du 14.07

Very quiet area, not far away from the down town and all sightseeings. Very comfortable apartment with everything that needs, almost like at home. Very gentle personal. The coffee pads, tea and even a little welcome gift.

A great value for our stay in Arles.

Our stay at the property was a great value for us. The room is upstairs and the living room downstairs makes the property feel more like a two bedroom with separate living quarters. The tile floors are easy to sweep and the place feels clean. The huge water heater provides plenty of hot water. The location is out of the town center, which I liked. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to within ten or fifteen minutes. I lost my key somehow and Remi provided me a new one without any issues.

I was very satisfied with our stay here.

Home away from home

My stay at Maison14/7 was comfortable and relaxing: the rooms were cosy, the kitchen was well-stocked in terms of tools and utensils and the bathroom and bedroom were clean. I could’ve spent all day in that bed😊! The property is easy walking distance from many local landmarks, as well as local shops, bakery, a bus stop and the Gare. Remy (as even the neighbours!) were very eager to help and answer questions, and the living room had a few tourist brochures which I found handy during my stay as well!

There was a mat right outside the shower which was there to stop the water from getting out and soaking the floor. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise this and so I moved it and ended up having to mop up the bathroom on my first night😅.

Il suffirait de peu pour ce soit un très bon séjour, un peu plus d'attention à l'entretien du lieu

Très bon emplacement. Permet de tout faire à pied en CV. Quartier très calme. Voisinage correct. Pas de difficulté de stationnement. Une bonne boulangerie à proximité. Le WiFi fonctionne correctement. La cuisine est bien équipée.

Les stores du séjour en partie cassés (protection visuelle car séjour directement sur la rue) . La table du séjour un peu vieillotte. Chambre : un rideau un peu plus épais pour occulter la lumière du jour serait le bienvenu. Les lampes de chevet en plastique ne tiennent pas debout (fil +interrupteur plus lourds que la lampe... qui tombe dès qu'on utilise l'interrupteur.... et se désagrège au sol (pieds + abat jour) : très agaçant ! Le GROS PROBLÈME, c'est l'évacuation de la douche (odeur d'égout qui remonte en permanence). Nous avons signalé au propriétaire...il faut vraiment qu'il s'en occupe... Le rideau de douche mériterait un bon nettoyage.

Mon séjour c'est bien passé dans le logement, un peu court à mon goût.

Logement très pratique, c'est comme à la maison, de se faire un repas et petit déjeuner. Et de pouvoir stationner la voiture juste en face du logement sans devoir payer cela deviens de plus en plus rare dans le sud.

Tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Stadt

Mini-Haus ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Ruhige Wohngegend, schmale Straßen mit Golf 5 jedoch kein Problem, Parken im Wohngebiet anspruchsvoll, aber machbar. Sowohl Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs, als auch die Besichtigung der Stadt ist fußläufig sehr nah. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und man bekommt eine Mail mit detaillierten Anweisungen zum Betreten und Benutzen der Wohnung, sowie einem eigenen Reiseführer mit Spezialtipps, auch für die Umgebung. Besonderheiten: Die Treppe zur oberen Etage ist aus Platzgründen schmal und ohne Geländer. Die Fensterläden neigen bei starkem Wind zum klappern. Der Umgang mit dem Duschvorhang zu Vermeidung von Überschwemmung des Fußbodens.

Hébergement très fonctionnel et agréable dans un quartier calme proche du centre-ville.

Le quartier populaire et calme. L'agencement de la maison. La qualité de la literie.

Placards un peu vides. Seraient bienvenus des verres à vin ( le caviste nous en a gentillement prêté) quelques plats supplémentaires et une essoreuse à salade. Du côté alimentaire on a l'habitude dans nos locations en Languedoc de trouver sur place huile-vinaigre-sel-poivre... En fait plus on trouve de choses à ce niveau plus on en laisse au départ. Par ailleurs attention aux canalisations. La bonde de douche était bien encombrée.
