About this house rental

Beautiful newly renovated apartment with great care and elegance (marble flooring in all rooms) located on the ground floor with independent entrance and delightful garden. The property which is located in an elegant area is surrounded by greenery and silence, not far from the Vatican and the historic center. A few steps from metro A with which you can get to the Vatican Museums, the Spanish Steps, Termini Station etc.
Bus stops 46-49 two minutes away.

The apartment has two large bedrooms each with elegantly furnished double bed, one has a safe and the other a desk for your computer. In the living room (with air conditioning) overlooking the garden you will find a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and a dining table for 6 people and it is possible to set up two single beds.
The kitchenette has a fridge / freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and of course abundant crockery. I also thought about your safety with a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, grates on the windows and armored door.
In the apartment, equipped with WI-FI and ethernet connection, there are also the exercise bike and a Playstation and you will find city maps and useful information for your stay in Rome.

Other things to highlight
- The current regulations require that guests provide a valid identity document upon check-in.
- Guests of hotels, holiday homes, b & b etc ... are required to pay a tourist tax of Euro 3.50 per day per person.
