The staff was exceptional! Our reception was beyond compare. We were in touch prior to arrival, and provided with travel directions. Upon check-iin, we were able to ask questions about the area. The receptionist spoke perfect English (among other languages) She was very fiendly and helpful, extremely responsive and knowlegeable about area attractions. The accomodations were somewhat dated with huge entry keys and multiple doors which were a little problematic. We also had toilet back-up issues, which let me add, were immediately addressed. The location was centralized and ideal for the plans which we had. Public transportation was consistent and reliable (buses and trains) All in all, it was a positive experience. Can't thank our receptionist/contact enough for being the best hostess!

Second stay in Rome in less than a month and InnVatican was much better than my first stay. Easily walkable to the Vatican and lots of places to eat. Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. If I come back to Rome I will be back.

Lobby was dark and dreary. Room needs updating. Not very clean and noisiness from the street made it difficult to sleep. Definitely has a bed bug or flea issue as I left early due to bites all over my arms and legs. I did contact the property re my issue but never heard back. Would not recommend a stay here.

The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. All the major sites of Rome were within a 15 mins metro ride away. Cipro metro station was just a 3 minute walk. I would happily recommend Innvatican as a wonderful place to stay in Rome and would definitely stay there again

This was just a really nice place to stay. Excellent value for money. Metro, Vatican all within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood well looked dodgy due to all the tagging in the area how ever did not come across anyone that seems bad.

We enjoyed our stay there for two nights very much. Roberta was very helpful and welcoming, made us very comfortable because we were early and had to wait for room to be ready. Only had to wait 15 minutes but we were given cold water, cappuccinos and dolci. She helped us with our ongoing travel plans from Rome. We appreciated her help very much. Gave recommendations on the best places to eat for good good at good prices. Will book again. Thank you.

The only complaint was that it's located in a poorer part of town but it is just a few minutes to the vactican and 5mins away from the metro. The housekeepers were lovely and offered us drinks before we checked in and even after we checked out

We planned to visit St. Peters first thing on Tuesday and the Vatican Museum first thing Wednesday so staying near the Vatican was important for us. We also wanted to be near a metro line to make moving around Rome easier. InnVatican fit the bill and we really enjoyed our stay.

I went for a week with my mum. We arrived around 1 oclock but to our surprise we got to check in earlier than the 2 oclock time we were told which was a relief after trouble with our transfer at the airport. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The building is slightly difficult to find but if you download the trip adviser app it is easy to find even without internet. Very easy access to the Cirpro metro station which in turn gives you easy access to all the main attractions. There's also an amazing and reasonably priced geletaria called Geletaria Millennium within easy walking distance. The guest house can't serve breakfast but they are happy to give you juice or make you a coffee which comes with cookies. Our room had a fridge and a balcony. The balcony was nice and all but there was an issue with the balcony being covered in water when the plants were watered. Also there were issues with my mum not being able to sleep with people being quite noisy around our room as the communal patio was right beside the room bur I slept right through that. Despite the noise we had a great stay and compared to some of the other places near the Vatican that I looked at it was very good value for money. We would definitely stay again

Hotel is very close to the Vatican and 100m away from metro station (perfect public transport)but still very quiet. Our room was ready at 12h, when we arrived. Rooms are very clean, towels and linen white, new,bathroom was perfect, that's what we wanted and the rooms are the same as per photos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay again in InnVatican.

Upon using the map to get back to the hotel, we got lost. When we finally found the hotel and told the girl what happened, she said that the marked spot of the hotel on the map was not exact. She didn't explain this to us before. We booked this hotel because we thought it would be not too far from the Vatican. Walking wise it was quite far. It was faster to take the train to the Vatican and walk from the station. The train station wasn't too far from the hotel. The room itself was very small and the paint on the wall was peeling. My husband and I only had 1 pillow each. The bathroom was tiny and the wi-fi was unpredictable. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.
