Location is great, walkable to downtown. Parking is included. Check-in was easy and communication was fast.

We had several issues during our stay. Although we booked the apartment for four guests, we were provided with only one pillow with cover, two sets of towels, and no toilet paper at all, forcing us to borrow a roll from a neighbor upon arrival. While the manager delivered the missing supplies later that evening, it made for a frustrating start to our stay. The listing also advertised a working washing machine, but it was broken. Management offered a free laundromat but this wasn't practical given our full schedule (management later offered to reimburse our laundry expenses). In addition, the apartment could have been cleaner, and the blankets and bed linens were old and stained. Although management made an effort to address some of these issues, we felt the property was overpriced for the quality and amenities provided.
