The size and views. The host agent storing our luggage for 10 days before our arrival. The host agent driving us and our luggage from town to the property. This was very much appreciated

Needed to provide better trimmings. Ie no soap provided of any kind in bathrooms. Late check in after 6pm due to property not being ready?
