The apartment was a great value and very accessible to the heart of cortina.

The apartment was modern with excellent updates as well as very roomy. The location was perfect. Very close to many restaurants and just 1 block from the main shopping area including a large combined grocery and department store that contained anything that you could possibly need. It was a 10 minute walk to the bus station and funicula.

Although the bedrooms were well appointed and modern rustic in style, the beds were very firm. One member of the party chose to sleep on the living room sectional instead of their bed because it was too hard.

Bad experience

The host was an hour late when checking in. He then gave us the wrong keys to the main front door to the building and when we first came back from dinner we could not enter the building. We were freezing for two hours outside the building, it was late in the evening, we called the host on the phone, but he did not answer the calls. Our kids were freezing. We accidentally entered the building when one of the tenants was leaving the building. It was 11:30 PM. The host answered only at 10:00 in the morning and asked why we called him last evening. When we explained to him, he did not accept that he had given the wrong keys, but convinced us that we did not know how to unlock the door (!?). Finally when he arrived around 11:00 am he realized his mistake and went to get the right keys. That first day we went skiing just after 1pm, so practically that day remained unused to us. Besides, the accommodation has no parking. If you are arriving by car you should know that the parking is 6-7 minutes walk from the accommodation and is paid 1 eur / hour. One bedroom is as small as a small toilet. It has 3 m2 (2x1.5 m - just for bed) and is very uncomfortable sleeping in such a space. In the 10 days we spent in the accommodation, towels and bed sheets were never replaced. There is a washing machine and you have to wash and dry things by yourself. The dryer does not exist. Location is perfect, just 20 m from main street, but rather noisy as the bedroom overlooks the main road from other side.
