Becareful about this flat and area

The trash Sortiment is absolutely a mess! The staff is extremely unfriendly to give a proper explanation about the trash Sortiment and changes his mind everyday about the rules of trash sortiment. The staff throw the trash everyday back to the house door, which makes the stay extremely unpleasant. The property management asks for a huge deposit after almost one week staying, which was absolutely not mentioned while booking and handle over the key. The verbal communication was not easy with the owner, since the language barriers of the owner, but it was okay. The owner asked for cleaning, even he charged 100 euro for cleaning. This absolutely is not good. For charging the unagreed deposit, the owner and property management sent many messages at the last days. We had to leave one day earlier than planned, since the stay did not make sense anymore due to the unpleasant and unfriendly staff. The flat has an amazing view of the mountain and the facility is good. Anyone who books this flat, should be very careful about the trash Sortiment and the deposit after staying!

Carlos was amazing and very accommodating, Cortina is a beautiful town getting ready for the ski championships The Place is right on location for the mountains, the people we met were all very lovely.

Nothing to not like....the kitchen is small but very useable.
